Brice Messavussu is a prominent Venture Capitalist and Corporate Lawyer, he is the founder and chairman of BM Prime Capital, a global investment firm that embodies his superior work ethic and ambition to improve the world through compassionate capitalism. Mr. Messavussu is also an Attorney at a top Wall-Street Law Firm (Private Equity & Venture Capital, Private Funds). He earned his MBA at the world's premier business school, The Wharton School, and a Juris Doctor (JD) degree at the elite University of Pennsylvania Law School, passing the bar exam (UBE) in Pennsylvania with a score exceeding the 90th percentile on his first attempt. Additionally, Mr. Messavussu serves as the founding Executive Director of the Council on Education and Economic Justice, a non-profit organization he co-founded which works internationally to level the inequalities in education and financial prospects for disadvantaged communities. As a former Master Mathematics Teacher, Mr. Messavussu consistently ranked among the highest performing teachers in New York State.

 

Mr. Messavussu was born in the west African nation of Togo and migrated with his family to the United States when he was six. Raised in the Bronx, Mr. Messavussu went on to earn a B.A. in Politics, Philosophy and Law at Binghamton University and an M.S. in Education through the New York City Teaching Fellows program. Mr. Messavussu has a strong record in public service, as well as extensive experience as a business executive.

 

Mr. Messavussu is a football and basketball fan, often cheering on favorite teams at games and playing with friends. Aside from athletic interests, Mr. Messavussu was his high school's Chess Champion and remains an avid chess player, he also enjoys travelling to different countries across the globe. Mr. Messavussu resides in New York City with his wife and their children.
